Brief Answer:
High uric acid levels

Detailed Answer:
Hi....
Welcome to "Ask a Doctor"service.
I am Dr Ajeet XXXXXXX

I have gone through your query and here is my opinion.

A uric acid level more than 6 in females and more than 7 in males is high.

May I know your age, sex, genetic predisposition and symptomatology?

High uric acid may be a sign of gout, kidney diseases and some malignancies.
It also increases after a high purine diet (as it is metabolite of purines).

You need to reduce the intake of foods with a lot of purines.
That includes meat, fish, beans and beer.
Avoid alcohol and have a rich finer diet.
Keep yourself well hydrated.

Based on your symptoms, your doctor may advise other tests like synovial fluid examination, urinalysis and other blood work up.
He might procure your repeat uric acid levels after a period of time.

Stay healthy and stay blessed.
Regards.
