Question:
My son has had some little red dots come up on his skin today. 6 in total so far. 4 on his body, 1 on arm and one on leg. They are not raised, not sore or itchy. He has no other symptoms and up to date with immunisations. What could they be?

Brief Answer:
Papular urticaria, topical steroid

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Welcome to ask a doctor service
I have gone through your query and reviewed the attached photographs.
It seems to be papular urticaria which is an insect bite hypersensitivity reaction.
I would recommend you to apply topical steroid like cortisone cream on the affected areas twice daily for 8-10 days.
This should resolve your problem.
Regards
Dr Asmeet
