Question: My son 4 years old fall 2months ago on the floor while playing and he bump he's nose and lips on the floor There was Lil blood frm left nose and lips was having cut and blood.. Lips is healed.. We observed from last month he bleeded from left nose 3-4 times and now we are worried and thinking of consulting but due to coronavirus we want to avoid going to. Hospital.. Please let us know if we should come immediately to hospital or we can. Wait for 1 or 2months. Awaiting your response.

I have gone through gone through the query and do understand your concern.
I won't get overly worried as bleeding is mild and is getting controlled by general measures.
Nasal mucosa(inner lining of nose) is highly vascular. Once there is bleeding, crust gets formed after drying. Picking these crusts can lead to bleeding again.
Avoiding nose picking, blowing, provoked sneezing helps in controlling bleed.
If any nasal drop with decongestant like xylometazolin, pseudoephedrine is available then put 2 drops three times a day for 5-7 days.
Although chances are less but to be on safer side, once lockdown is over and situation gets better you may consult an ENT specialist to out any abnormality inside the nose.
