My Mother Is 54 Years Old, Non Smoker, Non Alcoholic

Question: My mother is 54 years old, non smoker, non alcoholic and lives an almost sedentary lifestyle. PFA her full body test report including bone densitometry.
Below are her issues
1) Thyroid- currently on medicine thyroxine sodium 50mcg - once tab/day
2) swollen veins in legs -PFA picture
3) fatty liver- PFA report
Symptoms- extreme fatigue, body pain in joints, constipation, dry and itchy eyes (both eyes operated for cataract last year) , sensation in legs, stiffness in whole body, swelling in ankles.

family history - Arthritis and Diabetes

Current medication- thyroxine sodium 50mcg - once tab/day

The symptoms seems to be due to her hypothyroidism, she has to start an atleast 30 mins of physical activity like walking or regular exercise with a change in food style habits or else she would soon get the diabetes and arthritis which she's already pron to due to her family history
