Brief Answer:
No need for ER, sciatica possible.

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear, welcome to Ask a doctor service.
I read your query and here is my advice.

Where exactly in leg, thigh and toes. do you feel the pain?

From your description of quality of pain, I don't think you may need to go to ER. I think the pain that you are having may be related to sciatica nerve pain. It is a pain, burning that starts from lower back, buttocks, to the back of thigh, calf and toes.
Sitting position can make it worse.
I can recommend you to have rest and keep a position which doesn't cause pain. Use anti-inflammatory drugs such advil or naproxen. Aspirin is good but ibuprofen or naproxen work better.
Have rest for first two days then you can start doing stretching exercises.

Hope I have answered the question.
Let me know if I can assist you further.
