I have gone through the report and it says there is a mass above the level of the vocal cords (supraglottis) obscuring the latter. Hence, the radiologist is not able to view the vocal cords completely. Also, the report doesn't mention the extension of the mass.

In this case, further investigations have to be done. The mass has to be examined directly by the method of laryngoscopy under general anesthesia and a small chunk of the tissue has to taken and sent for biopsy. Following the biopsy report, the further management can be planned.
