Brief Answer:
Peripheral neuropathy is possible. Additional treatment measures below.

Detailed Answer:
Hello, and welcome to the "Ask a Doctor" service".

I have read your query.

It may be peripheral neuropathy and this condition is possible after drugs use such as antibiotics, because of the possibility of small nerve damage as a possible adverse effect.

The condition is, in most cases, reversible after stopping these drugs, it may take weeks to months to improve.

Relatively high doses of vitamins B complex may be needed, for the numbness, if it is bothersome, antineuralgic drugs such as gabapentin, pregabalin, etc. may be used.

Avoiding alcohol and a healthy lifestyle is necessary also.

In order to understand correctly this condition and its degree, it is necessary for a nerve conduction study to be done.

Discuss with a Neurologist these issues.

Hope you found the answer helpful.

Let me know if I can assist you further.
