Question: My husband has had diarrhea for 6 days some fatigue everything he eats goes thru him.
He has a appetite and is drinking plenty of liquids any ideas

According to me, he should take antimicrobials like Metronidiazole 400 mg thrice daily along with Ofloxacin 200 mg twice daily along with Omeprazole 20 mg once a day. You will need a prescription for the antibiotics. A probiotic preparation will have added benefits.
