Question: My friend XXXXXXX is living with me. She's dizzy, nausea and fatigue. She is on antibiotics as she had last problem with hernia surgery. She was in gulf of Mexico which supposedly has issues with flesh eating bacteria. She went er and they said none of this killer bacteria is in system. She's 54 and has anxiety.

I read your query and here is my advice.
I don't think the symptoms she is having may be related to flesh eating bacteria. Nausea, dizziness and fatigue may be related to the antibiotics she us taking as as side effects of them. Also she is getting recovered from hernia surgery. I can recommend her to eat small portion meals, drink lots of fluids and water. She may need to use probiotics such enterogermina to reestablish intestinal flora.
She may need to consult a psychiatrist for depression. Taking fluoxetine may be an alternative to treat anxiety.
