My Father Has Shifted To XXXXXXX From XXXXXXX From Last

Question: My father has shifted to XXXXXXX from XXXXXXX from last 8 months. He is retired and was in good health but recently he seems tired and sweats a lot.
Please suggest what is required. Kindly let me know if whole body checkup is required in this case.
