Question: My daughter is suffering from chronic constipation since her birth. She was given laxative lactulose. We put her on homeopathic medicine and situation improved for some time. but now again we are giving her lactulose 5ml twice daily and homeopathy medicine. but still she is pooping like a goat and very hard stool. she has pain in passing stool. Have some abdominal pain as she keeps on telling. gastric problem and bloating is there. kindly suggest. green and dark hard stool in very very small quantities. please suggest checkup and medicines. she is two years old. she is also having hydrocele of canal of nuck

hydrastis q is known to effect the brain of infants. can we use it for her. she is just 2 years.
alumina 30 ch(drops) is available with us. can we use that instead of tablets.

also which of the medicine is covering hydrocele of canal of nuck. Do we need to operate her for hydrocele or surgery can be avoided through homeopathy. Nux vomica failed badly with her and so is plumb and lycope. i think this happens when a new teeth is about to come in most of the cases

can alumina be used for adults. if yes , what would be the dosage?

Duration and potency of medicine play a important role in the cure.
Hydrastis if used for long time may have a course of action in other system.
Medicine is prescribed for a week only so that would not have a impact on other functioning. Medicine is safe to use for her.
You can use alumina 1-2 drop twice in a day

I have not suggested any medication for Hydrocele of canal.
I would rather suggest to consult with your surgeon as it might require the surgical intervention.
For any dentition problem calcarea carb 30 4 pills twice in a day works good.

Yes Alumina 200 three times in a day can be used for adults in case of CHronic constipation.

She is pooping better but still the initial stool is very hard. which all medicines should i continue and what about hystasis.

we are unable to arrange mag mur till date. so you can provide us any link which we can use to arrange for the medicine. how long will the dependency on medicine continue? what is the real problem with the child that she is constipated often
