Hello,

I have gone through your query and reviewed attached image. Here is my advice.

As per your history, It may be due to contact dermatitis.

As per attached image, rashes looks around waist so I think it may be due tight clothes /Undergarments.

Still Please let me know does she have history of insect bite or allergy to any food/item?

For rashes, I would suggest you to apply hydrocortisone ointment locally. She can take tablet loratidine for itching. Alternately you can apply calamine lotion to soothe it.

Along with that Avoid itching/sweating. Use loose cotton clothes. Avoid harsh cosmetic products. Maintain proper hygiene.
