If the child is active, playing and feeding well, no need to worry.

For fever (if temperature is more than 100F), the boy can be given PCM (10-15mg/kg body weight) depending on the weight of the child. If the weight of the child is around 15 kg, you can give around 4 ml of Calpol 250mg for the child 3 times a day if the fever recurs and give him plenty of water (2 sips every half - one hour). Avoid giving cold and frozen foods and outside food to the child. Encourage the child to drink warm water.

You can wait for one day. If the symptoms are not resolved or if any new symptom start, i would suggest you to visit nearby pediatrician for further evaluation.
