My Chest X-ray. I Have A Low Grade Fever For

Question: My chest x-ray. I have a low grade fever for five days, no shortness of breath, no coughing and this is my findings on x-ray. My CBC and urinalysis were clear. I am worried it could be cancer based on what I read about opactities on the Internet. Do any of these descriptions ever mean lung cancer?

FINDINGS:
Lungs are well aerated with streaky and hazy opacities in the right paracardiac region and left lower
lobe.
Heart is not enlarged. The pulmonary vasculature is within normal limits.
Hemidiaphragms and sulci are intact.
Bony thorax is unremarkable.
IMPRESSION:
Overall pulmonary findings may relate to infectious/inflammatory process and/or atelectasis. Please
correlate clinically and follow-up accordingly

I have gone through the x ray report you have attached.
Since we all are facing Corona threat, this kind of x ray with fever should be evaluated for Corona.
So better to get done CT thorax screening.
Please let me know
1. Do you have diabetes or hypertension or dyslipidemia?

I did have covid swab, awaiting results. I am not concerned about that though since I feel fine for the most part. I do not have diabates, hypertensions, or dyslipidemia and I do not smoke. I am only concerned that the X-ray for covid shows lung cancer. That is my biggest fear.

I am 40, non-smoker. Fever, no weight loss, no loss of energy except the past few days of no appetitie.

OK. So tell me your Covid status once report is with you.
For fear of cancer, I think no need to worry for this.
Though get done repeat chest x ray after 21 days or a CT thorax after 21 days to know any changes.
