Question: My Son is 10 year old, weight 51 KG, I noticed that his nails are getting bluish black.

Attaching the pictures of same, please suggest

I have gone carefully through your query and have checked the attached images. As I can see, the nails are relatively unaffected, it is the skin just around the nails that has become hyperpigmented. This is known as acral melanosis. This pigmentation may be occurring in isolation or may be associated with various systemic features. A thorough clinical evaluation is therefore necessary. I would insist you to visit a doctor and to get the child examined even though I do not expect something ominous.
