Question: My Son - Meet XXXXXXX Age 13 Yrs having fever since morning. Observed dry cough, mild headache and slightly burning in eyes.

Pl suggest medicine.

Considering pediatric age group I would recommend to get examined directly by pediatrician to rule out the cause until then you can give paracetamol syrup 250mg around 6ml at time of fever spike.
