Question: My 13 month old Toddler (1 year old) may or may not have swollowed a 200mg Ibuprofen. She bursted into my office while I was using restroom and my husband found the pills all over the floor. He does not know if she swollowed one. He does not believe she did but I have given her food to eat and milk to drink. Any suggestions? She weighs 23lbs

Brief Answer:
Nothing to worry

Detailed Answer:
Hi.
Thanks for the query.
Ibuprofen is a commonly used drug for fever and inflammation.
The paediatric dose is 10 to 20 mg per kg body weight. In your case child is around 10 kg and she ( not sure) consumed the pill according to her body weight and there is no over dosage.
So nothing to worry and no treatment is required either.
Hope I have answered your query.
Thanks
