Brief Answer:
Do consult a neurologist.
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for posting your query.
The symptoms that you have described can be related to myasthenia gravis, fibromyalgia or myositis. This can also happen due to an electrolyte imbalance. It is best to consult a neurologist and get all the relevant investigations done to find out the cause of your symptoms.
For temporary relief, you can take a mild pain killer like ibuprofen with a muscle relaxant. Doing a hot fomentation will also be helpful.
I hope this answers your query.
In case you have additional questions or doubts, you can forward them to me, and I shall be glad to help you out.
