Brief Answer:
Need Holter Monitoring
Detailed Answer:
Hello
Echo report of the patient is normal however the ecg which you have uploaded is suggestive of atrial fibrillation (Its a rhythm abnormality in which clot can develop in heart). Patient needs a repeat ecg and HOLTER monitoring as a part of further evaluation. If AF is recurrent then the patient will be requiring proper medications to prevent complications.
Atrial Fibrillation is a underlying risk factor for stroke in elderly patients if left untreated or inappropriately treated. If stroke happens patient will need hospitalisation.
Kind Regards

Hello again
Detailed Answer:
Dear Sir
I have clearly stated that echo report is not showing any significant problem but ecg is suggestive of rhythm abnormality of the heart.
This can later cause complications like CVA (Stroke) or other cardioembolic issues leading to hospitalisation.
Kind Regards
