Question: Male, 72 years, h/o - HTN on medication ; ECG - QS in Lead III and AVF ; 2 D Echo ( As per attachment ) s/o : Aortic Valve : Sclerotic
Mitral Valve : Annular Calcification present

Your attachment of echo is not successful so retry attaching.
However, from whatever information you have shared and if echo shows no RWMA with normal LV systolic, then these sclerotic Aortic valve and mitral annular calcification indicates age related changes. Prognosis remains good with low probability of future hospitalisation.
