last night i went for bathroom n i face problem of blod loss through solid waste. please give me some advice/ help in regard of this.

Thanks for the query.
Passage of blood with fecal matter has to be evaluated. In most cases it can be due to minor tear or abrasion often due to constipation or irregular dietary habits.
Other causes like haemorrhoids also be ruled out.
As a first line management you can try over the counter available laxatives like lactulose for symptomatic relief. Include more fiber rich foods to your diet.
If symptoms persist you have to consult a gastroenterologist and plan for colonoscopy.
