Brief Answer:
Probably a tooth infection, follow the advice below

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear,
I read carefully your query and understand your concern.

The symptoms seem to be related to a tooth infection.
I recommend using an anti inflammatory medication such as Ibuprofen for pain relief.
Cold compresses can also be helpful.
Antibiotics may be needed to treat the infection.
You should also see a dentist as soon as possible for further treatment.

Hope my answer was helpful.
If you have further queries feel free to contact me again.

Kind regards!

Thank you Doctor.

We are quarantined for 14 days and its day 4 and have to go for 10 days further as we have tested positive for Covid with mild symptoms.

Will get Ibuprofen and try a cold compress. Any specific antibiotics should I get or kind of drops or paste to disinfect the targeted area as the pain starts for her in the night and impacts her sleep and sometimes painkillers also dont work.

Regards
Rakesh
