Sorry for the delay in my response

I would recommend you to take a Tab of antihistaminic like Cetrizine 10mg whenever you get an episode. If it subsidised it also confirms that i could be due to allergy.

If, Cetrizine works then taking it for a week in the night after food might end the problem.
