Brief Answer:
Scalp seborrheic dermatitis and folliculitis most likely

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

Perhaps you have Seborrheic dermatitis of the scalp manifesting as scaling and itching. In addition, you seem to have scalp folliculitis along swollen cervical and occipital lymph glands draining the scalp.

I'd suggest you use a Ketoconazole based shampoo e.g Nizoral shampoo, daily or on alternate days. In addition, I suggest you take an oral antibiotic e.g either Amoxycillin or Cephalexin for a week. Antibiotics are prescription based medication and you need to see your doctor to obtain them.

Hope I have answered your query
