Question: I've recently taken an std test. I'm scared because 7 months ago I have sex unprotected with a girl, and one per year for the past four years. That makes 4 girls I have had unprotected sex with, I no terrible right? but I always was aware of my health and all symptoms for all stds. I had a growing surgery to repair an inguinal hernia, but recently aggravated it. I thought the bottom of my scrotum tingling had something to do with that but I had to be sure. my legs have spasms and a tingling feeling then it goes up my legs into the back of my butt and finally under the bottom of my scrotum. I also noticed some barely noticeable spots on my waste. It's only on the right side they don't hurt it just looks like I have dirt on me. What could this be?

Brief Answer:
Lentigines

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

I did not find anything critical in the pictures. They are hyperpigmented macules on the waist and they are numerous to count. Lentigines are XXXXXXX brown, or black macules, 2 to 20 mm in diameter, that occur anywhere on the body. They are benign and do not require treatment. If you are still bothered cosmetic treatments are available. They occur because of sun exposure and they increase melanocytes which in turn increase melanosomes. These melanoscomes convert the tyrosine to melanin and thus cause increased pigmentation.

Regarding other symptoms you mentioned you should get examined by local surgeon if you need an inguinal repair.
