Question: I've had a rash since late Nov. See attached. It is not painful but there is a very, very small itch. IMy internist prescribed Sodium Sulfacetamide Lotion in late Dec but it has not worked. The rash is located on my back. There is a patch on the right side and left side. Thanks for any medical advise yiu can provide.

Brief Answer:
Eczematous dermatitis

Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome to ask a doctor service. I have gone through your query and viewed the image.

Seems like an eczematous rash. I suggest you to use a moisturizer frequently. In addition I suggest you to take an oral antihistamine e.g cetirizine 10mg tablet once a day for symptomatic relief.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if you need any more assistance.
