Brief Answer:
Seems viral

Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome,

Seems like a viral infection. It will get better by itself in few days. Can take following medicines for now:
- Tab Paracetamol 500 mg upto 4 times a day for fever, if fever is more than 102f
- Syrup Cetirizine half spoon once a day for 3 days if runny nose is there

Drink lots of water, also have warm fluids like ginger tea
Watch for any symptoms like difficulty breathing, chest pain, high fever, symptoms getting worse or continuing beyond 5 days, etc, in which case further tests including covid test maybe needed.

Regards,
Dr Vaishalee
