I've Been Having A Rash On Both My Arms For

Question: I've been having a rash on both my arms for a few months now. About 4 - 5 months ago it was on my right arm and I don't know how it got there. Whether it came from an allergic reaction to something or a bug bite. I know recently around the time it started occurring was when my mom got bit my a spider by the neck when she came in my bedroom to sleep one night. I had already tried using hydrocortisone cream and similar itch relief products but they didnt seem to be working since as of now my arms still been itching and now my left arm has bumps too including the top of hands near my thumbs. I know it seems I had been prolonging further treatment for this but at the time either I thought it was gonna go away on its own or the cream would stop it from building up. While it doesn't seem life-threatening as of now, it's still irritating me and I keep having to scratch my arms and sometimes hands. I don't want to afford trying seek an ER over this, especially now during a big ongoing pandemic. I was wondering what other remedies I could try using to finally cure this completely before it gets worse?

Brief Answer:
Allergic reaction

Detailed Answer:
Dear sir, I have gone through your question and I understand your concerns but it seems that you are suffering from a severe allergic reaction that is why I would recommend that you take an avil and dexamethazone shots once every other day for one week. I hope you find this helpful. If you don’t have any clarifications then please close the discussion..

Ok, is there any OTC drug that I can buy from a pharmacy or store that contains the ingredient or something similar? My allergies itself has been worsening lately so it seems even common allergy pill brands don't work well.
