Question
Hi, I feel like I have poo in me all the time, I go regular ( normal) but the stools are soft and smell ( worse than normal)bad. They float too. They are a bit lighter color than normal. I feel like I need to get more out, but none comes.
My anus feels itchy often, and I feel bloated most of the time, stinky flatulence too. No blood in toilet.
Do you think I have cancer, I'll be 42 in July I'm male

Hi

Thanks for writing in
It seems you have developed infective collitis

It does not appear to be cancer

I would suggest you give up contaminated meals and drinks

Add a probiotic twice a day for seven to ten days

If need be go for stool examination and take antibiotics as er the report

Hope this helps
