You need treatment with a more potent antifungal such as Capsule itraconazole.
Ointment luliconazole along with itraconazole for 2 months should be helpful.
Itraconazole is taken in dosage of 100 mg twice daily and Luliconazole Ointment is to be applied twice daily.
