Question: It is for my daughter who is 13 years old and has verucas/warts on her toes. They have been treated with Bazuka, appeared to get better, but now seem to have a broken part of the skin and there seem to be quite a lot and a few more have appeared.

Brief Answer:
You may need to visit a dermatologist.

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear, welcome to Ask a doctor's service.
I read your query and here is my advice.

I see the photo of the foot and the warts between the big toe and the second one look serious since it is big and also has broken skin . The broken skin is usually painful and it can get infected also.
You can continue using Bazuka gel because usage of salycilic acid based gels is the only treatment you can use at home.
Wash foot well with warm water and remove as much of the wart as you can.
Also you should arrange a dermatologist appointment because it may need more special treatment such cryotherapy or surgery.

Hope I have answered the question.
Let me know if I can assist you further.
