Brief Answer:
Travel not advised.

Detailed Answer:
Thank you for the report.
Well, she is having partial placenta previa.
This condition carries a risk of bleeding unexpectedly, preterm labour, fetal loss, haemorrhage during labour or delivery etc.
Frankly speaking, travelling in the third trimester is not advised.
WIth placenta previa, it is even more risky.
I would not advise travel for her, even with the best of support, as you can provide an ambulance for her, but you cannot ensure that the roads will be smooth, and there will be no jerks.
Only if it is unavoidable, you can undergo the travel, understanding the full risks, and being prepared for the eventuality that she might bleed anytime during or after the travel.
Better is to get the relatives at your place to help out.
I hope she is on tocolytic drugs ( drugs to relax the uterus ) ??

Brief Answer:
Take care.

Detailed Answer:
Thank you for the update.
After all it is only 2 months more till she delivers.
After the childbirth, she could shift to whatever place is easy for her, to manage herself and the baby.
Right now, there is no point in taking unnecessary risks and then regretting later.
Please continue the Duvadilan, and make sure she takes lots of rest.
Placenta previa can be unpredictable and dangerous both.
Wish you both lots of luck and a wonderful parenthood ahead !
God bless.
