Brief Answer:
Can be due to multiple reasons, needs more details.

Detailed Answer:
Hi..
Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..

I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns..

As per your complain it thick white secretion inside mouth when you wake up in the morning and burning sensation inside inner cheeks...

In case if it is white liquid discharge then it can probably be pus and can be due to reasons like dental abscess, gum infection,Pericoronitis [inflamed gum flap around wisdom tooth]..
It can also be due to other reasons for which I need to know a few more details..

1.Is there only liquid discharge or you experience coating over tongue?
2.Take a keen look at the gums under root canal treated tooth, is there any ulcer like formation or gum is healthy there?
3.Have you got the impacted tooth extracted or is still present inside the mouth?
4.If you have a dry mouth, since how long it is present?
5.Do you have any medical problem or are you on any medication?
6.Do you have heartburn or coughing also in the morning?

Please revert back with answers.

Hope this information helps..

Thanks and regards.

Brief Answer:
Can be due to infection in salivary glands..

Detailed Answer:
Hi..
Welcome again..

As per your answers it seems that the white fluid can be probably due to infection in salivary glands..

It can also be thick mucous that gets accumulated due to lack of watery contents in saliva due to dry mouth patients..

But for confirmation you need a thorough clinical examination and laboratory investigations under supervision of a Dental Surgeon..
A full mouth x Ray to rule out infections and x ray or MRI Scan of Salivary Glands can be helpful in diagnosis and treatment planing..

Any further questions are welcome..

Regards..
