Is There Any Treatment To Remove TB Scar From The Lungs?

Question: Doctor,
I have a friend who currently joined for a job in dubai.He has earlier sufferred from TB whereby he had a scar in his chest on its healing.He applied for a job in Bahrain last year and was rejected the job finally on account of the above.He is currently in a job in dubai where he has not yet been produced for medical checkup.He fears if the scar would amount for a rejection in his current job too.Could you please advise on what precautions he can take to avoid rejection?Also with a brief note on the medical rules prevailing in dubai.

Thanks for the query

I have had many patients whose visa got rejected because of scar in the lung. Unfortunately gulf countries do not accept individuals with previous history of Tb ( even treated patients). There is no treatment or medication he can take to reduce the scars.

Unfortunately there is no solution to remove the Tb scars from the lungs. Can you please upload the x ray if possible? I want to see how bad the scars are
