Question: Hello there 51 year old lady here I have woken up with random pain that comes and goes in the rib areas on both sides … I am just wondering if this could be cardiac related or more so with fybro or costochondritis

After going through the medical information provided by you, I can understand your concern and I would like to tell you that pain originating from cardiac prospective are generally deep seated and associated with heaviness in your left arm along with sweating or perspiration. However, pain due to costochondritis are more of superficial type And gets exaggerated on pressing over the affected joints in the rib cage.

You can get and ecg and echocardiogram done to rule out any underlying cardiac issues.

Hi I had a ecg X-ray and traponin done last Tuesday all was well … I also had mpi work up done in March of this year all ok I do suffer from pvc fybro and Costo
