Is The Pain And Symptoms Of An Abscess Constant Or Intermittent?
Question: would the pain and symptoms of an abscess come and go or stay constant?

Then it is most probably due to just inflammation. This occur and subscide itself. Most likely due to improper 3rd molar.
Abscess unlikely to subscide by itself. I suggest you to get examined by a dentist and treatment for the same.

my wisdom teeth were already removed and the symptoms are in the front top incisors
