Brief Answer:
Probably related to blood pressure changes!

Detailed Answer:

Hi,

This is often related with changes in blood supply to body parts, especially the brain, with position. It is most pronounced transitioning from the sitting positing to the upright position. The main goal is always to make sure there is no blockage responsible for this. With all tests normal, then there is nothing to worry about. Also, the brevity of this doesn't worry special intervention.

My advice is that you should always wait a couple of minutes after rising to the upright position before continuing your wall. Also, always make use of supportive structures/rails so as to avoid any unanticipated falls as these symptoms are often accompanied with dizziness and increased fall risk.

I wish you well. Keep me updated.
