Is Swollen Lymph Nodes A Sign Of Acute HIV Infection?

Question: I had unprotected sex with my boyfriend in october two months later I found out that he was cheating and that I was pregnant. I had an abortion on the 16th of January. in March I found out that when he had cheated he was not using condoms so since then I had been looking up hiv symptoms and making myself sick. I learned that lymph nodes become swollen so I started looking for my lymph nodes and irritating them and now they are swollen. I live where the weather changes drastically anf recently noticed yellow spots in the back of my throat and I have a sore throat. Does this sound like hiv?

This is not sign of HIV. Lymph nodes are enlarged in are stages of AIDS. However,HIV has nonspecific signs and it can't be 100% ruled out without tests so if you want to be sure or you have any doubts,you should do testing. Wish you good health. Regards
