Same MRI findings as the enlarged lymph node:

Prominent nasopharyngeal lymphoid tissue
Pansinuitis
Small jugulodigastric nodes are noted.
Mucoperiosteal thickenung throughout the ethmoid air cells and maxillary sinuses are seen.

Typically, if I have a sinus infection, I feel ill. I do not feel I'll right now so that is a XXXXXXX to me. I also had just finished a 7 day round of antibiotics, Flagyl. 250mg three times a day. I am also wondering if the drenching night sweats I've had for over a year could be related? I have a follow up appointment in Friday but am too impatient to wait, haha! Thanks for your help!

Brief Answer:
antibiotic was taken-less symptoms

Detailed Answer:
Hello thank you for replying back..since you were on antibiotics, hence less symptoms.. Night sweats could be for a lot of reasons, such as hypoglycemia.. How are your sugar levels?? hope it helps.
