Brief Answer:
surgical removal is advisable

Detailed Answer:
Hello. Welcome to Healthcaremagic.com. I have read your query. I have gone through the whole conversation you earlier had with our doctor. I have seen the attached photographs also. I understand your concern.
The best treatment for Sebaceous cyst is removal of cyst under locak anaesthesia. It can be done by using Radiofrequency machine or punches. It is a minor surgical procedure that can be done on OPD basis. The important thing is that the sebaceous cyst has a wall which if not destroyed or removed completely may lead to recurrence of the cyst. So surgical removal is best.
You should not popp out or manipulate the cyst as it may lead to infection.
You should visit your doctor and share my opinion with him. I am sure that he would agree with this.
Take care.
