Brief Answer:
Surgery is not advisable with LVEF of 35%

Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXX, Hi
Good evening.
I appreciate your concern for your beloved mother.

A normal LVEF ranges from 55-70%.
A LVEF of 70, for example, means that 70% of the total amount of blood in the left ventricle is pumped out with each heartbeat

Since the LVEF is 35% the total amount of pumped blood is low and that increases the risk of life- threatening irregular heartbeats that can cause sudden cardiac arrest (loss of heart function) and sudden cardiac death.

In other words, her general condition is not stable at this moment.
The medications prescribed by the cardiologist will improve her LVEF in due course of time along with dietary salt restriction.
Once her LVEF comes near the normal range as given above, she may be taken for the surgery.

Hope to have answered your query.

Wishing your mother a quick recovery from her present illness.

Best regards.

Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXX, Hi

Good afternoon. How is your mother now?

Well, as such there is no specific dietary recommendation to improve the heart function apart from salt restriction. However;
Diet rich in omega-3 fatty acids such fish or its oil or walnuts, dairy fat free products such low fat curd or yoghurt, fruits like grapes, oranges, banana, etc are found to be beneficial in patients with heart disease.

Hope to have answered your query.
Wishing your mother a very good health.

Kindly rate the answers if you do not have any follow-up query.
God bless you.

Hi XXXXXXX

Thanks for the prompt reply.

My mother fine now. I asked my mother to reduce the salt in food, also already she is taking walnut and going to tell her to take flax seeds for omega3-3 fatty acids.
