Brief Answer: take healthy diet Detailed Answer: Hello Submucous fibrosis is not reversible. If You have developed submucous fibrosis then first of all avoid smoking, chewing tobacco ,avoid alcohol. You must improve your diet rich in protein vitamins,etc You should take milk with turmeric powder daily. Only one surgery is successful ie nasolabial flaps which is done by plastic surgeon or maxillo facial surgeon. In doubt do reply
