Is Sperm Count Value Of 3.5 Million A Cause For Concern?

Question: after my 2nd trigger shot and my 2nd iui.
sperm count was only 3.5million for the 2nd iui.
does that reduce my chances of pregnancy?

the 1st trigger and 1st iui
sperm count was 11.5million
