Is Special-K With Silk Almond Milk Or No Fat Yogurt For Breakfast Advisable?

Question: I usually eat Special K 24 carbs with Silk almond milk. Otherwise I have no fat yogurt for breakfast 90 calories. Is this ok? There are days when I have liquid egg whites 25 calories on 1 toast Multi grain with 15 whole grain. It has 45 calories. Is this alright. I know that whole grain is better than multi grain but it is harder to find.
Thank you. I also see my doctor every 6 weeks. I eat blueberries and Strawberries in my cereal and salads.
