Is Sore Throat Normal While On Doxycycline And Moxifloxacin For An Ingrown Hair Cyst?

Question: Hi Doctor...i was prescribed by my dermatologist doctor for the treatment of ingrown hair cyst two types of Antibiotics 1.Doxycycline 2. Moxifloxacin to be taken at the same time since they target different things.
But im feeling like im having a strep throat now, would any of these antibiotics treat strep throat infection? if not, what can i take instead of Moxifloxacin which wouldnt conflict the doxycycline?
