Is Slight Increase In PSA Level After A Da Vinci Surgery Prostate Removal A Concern?

Question: had Da Vinci surgery prostate removal had 2 blood tests since first was 0.004 psa the 2nd was 0.034 does that see a trend and will it continue to rise I have pos margin 15mm bladder neck with gleason 3.
