Question: I have a stent have passed the stone there is no string attached to the stent it only hurts when I pee is it ok to have sex I'll have bee stent in for another 5

As I understand you have a urinary stent in place, could not understand the location of it, ureters or bladder junction or kidney ureteric junction.
