Brief Answer:
Not necessarily

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome to Healthcaremagic,
Redness at the opening of penis is not necessarily a STD.
It may also occur due to some non STD infections also.
Please upload a clear photograph for evaluation.
Testicular pain can occur due to trauma or some infection.
Erectile dysfunction (difficulty in erecrtion ) is not a sign of STD.
Sperm count also has nothing to do with STD.
Hope this will help you.

Brief Answer:
Phimosis

Detailed Answer:
Hi, welcome again,
Redness at the opening seems to be phimosis. It is inflammation of prepuce. Most commonly it is due to candida infection.
Topical antifungal cream(Clotrimazole) and oral Fluconazole 150 mg per week will suffice for this.
These two medicines are OTC in most of the countries.
Hope this is helpful.
Thanks

Hi doctor....I uploaded new images of my penis.....could you please check the images and tell me....my penis looks very reddish. I don't feel any pain but....I don't feel like having sex or my penis is taking way too long to rise when I see something seductive....I might get married next year I am very tensed about it.....I only had one unprotected hand job and read that hand job is std free but still I feel tensed seeing the redness on the penis
Please check my new images doctor.....I took a urine test after 80days of the exposure....but I don't know whether they checked for any std's.....I went for the urine test for any infection not exactly for std....for other tests like stones in kindeys etc.....but not for an std.....that test was clean and didn't have any infection....could that test be conclusive for no std????I am very tensed from many days and feel very bad that I might contracted and std...

it seems to be balanoposthitis.
Is there any associated discharge?
There are few lesion over glans also, flat topped, whitish, Please focus on that.

The underwear becomes sweaty sometimes and after physical exercise I sometimes feel comfortable and feel my testiest are working fine but sometimes I don't feel comfortable......
I sometimes have hives....is this any thing associated with openness of the penis???

And hernia can cause this openness of penis????
Is balanoposthitis serious???

Could you suggest me any remedies????

Can I be conclusive that it is not an std????

Detailed Answer:
Hi, welcome again,

If there is no discharge, its good.
Go for microscopy to rule out gonorrhea. Prostatic message will lead to some secretion for it.

Balanoposthitis is not an serious issue.
Clotrimazole cream will suffice.

No hernia will not cause this type of penness.
Thanks

Detailed Answer:
Hi, welcome again,
Discharge is generally whitish or cream color. It is more likely of pus.

Go for the microscopy of that discharge.

If cream or lotion is applied in excess quantity then it can stay under prepuce for long.

Thanks
