Question: Whats the risk of NOT doing ablation for wpw. Holter said went away but exercise test didnt besides a few beats. Ive heard people curing through vegan low stres

Generally ablation is only curative option

Detailed Answer:
Is it wpw pattern or syndrome. in the first only ecg shows wpw but in second there need to be arrhythmia in addition. If you don't have symptoms and no documented arrhythmia than risk is less than 1% per annum and if symptomatic and documented arrhythmia than risk goes to 3%. But majority of this risk is unpredictable sudden cardiac death.

Therefore I would say, it's necessary to have to ablation especially if it's syndrome.

All other modalities may reduce your symptoms but have no proven impact on mortality.
