Brief Answer:
Chances of pregnancy almost nil

Detailed Answer:
Hi dear,
Thanks for writing to us again.
The chances of pregnancy are almost nil as:
1. The semen was not ejaculated inside the vagina, and
2. She took i pill within 24 hours of the sexual act, which prevents the pregnancy in 98% cases.
The spotting and bleeding she is having is due to the withdrawal effect of the meprate (progesterone hormone).
She is likely to resume her normal cycle in next one week, that is after 5-7 days of the intake of meprate.
I suggest you both not to worry.
Sometimes the i pill intake causes the cycle to become irregular for next 2-3 months.
She should not be worried by this is as a known side effect of i pill.
